Ronnie has over 30 years of experience in the commerce industry and brings
extensive financial and strategic leadership to Country Wide Insurance Brokers. He
joined the company in 2006 as Financial Controller and has played a key role in
strengthening the organisation’s financial management and long-term growth.

Ronnie was appointed to the Executive team and became a Director in 2016. In
recognition of his leadership and contribution to the business, he was appointed
Managing Director in 2024.

Ronnie is a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant (FCPA) and a Graduate of the
Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Outside work, Ronnie enjoys travelling with his family.

Matthew has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and brings a
wealth of knowledge and expertise to Country Wide Insurance Brokers. He joined
the company in 2013 as the Perth Branch Manager and has played an important role
in supporting the organisation’s growth and leadership.

In recognition of his strong industry insight and leadership capabilities, Matthew
progressed to the executive team and was appointed Director in 2022.

Matthew holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking), a Graduate
Diploma of Financial Services and is a Fellow of The Australian and New Zealand
Institute of Insurance and Finance. He is also a Qualified Practising Insurance
Broker with the National Insurance Brokers Association.

Outside of work, Matthew is an avid AFL and cricket fan and enjoys following these
sports with his wife and sons.

Michelle Batt joined Country Wide Insurance Brokers in 2012 as an Office
Administrator and has since become a highly valued and integral member of the
organisation. Through her dedication, strong work ethic, and proven leadership
capabilities, Michelle progressed steadily within the business and was appointed
Executive Manager in 2021.

Based in the rural farming town of Narrogin, Western Australia, Michelle embraces
the regional lifestyle and values the close-knit sense of community it offers. She is
passionate about giving back and enthusiastically contributes through voluntary roles
with local schools, cultural organisations, and sporting groups.

Michelle is supported by her husband and two children, who share her strong
commitment to family and community life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending
quality time with her family and remaining actively involved in her local community.
